A number of us have already contributed to the Eternally Inspiring Recollections of Our Holy Mother, and the results are available from Nirmal Infosys and Transformation in Pune. Volume 1, stories from India, Volume 2, stories from Western Europe, and volume 3, stories from Eastern Europe, can be ordered through their email – marketing@nirmalinfosys.com. The editor would like to express her humblest gratitude to Shri Mataji for creating the stories, and greatest thanks for so much help and support from well over 400 people in sending in both stories and photos. And naturally a big thanks to NITL for undertaking to publish the books.
However - the project goes on. The volume with stories of the Far East, Australia and New Zealand is nearly ready for the typesetters. The volume which has the stories of Shri Mataji in North and South America is coming along, as is the final volume, Shri Mataji in the UK.
The editor would like to make a special request for more first hand memories of personal contacts with Shri Mataji. The Australia/Far East book could be filled out somewhat, and the Americas volume very much needs more people to share their stories of times spent in Shri Mataji’s divine presence. Especially we need more from the United States and Argentina, if anyone has any. The same goes for the UK book. If people have photos with a little story to go with them that seems to work well too.
These books are our books – our very special recollections which can be shared with the millions of people now getting realisation who have not been blessed to meet Shri Mataji personally, and can be handed down to our descendents as the most precious legacy we could ever give. As Shri Mataji Herself said of this project seven years ago, "This is the human side of My incarnation, and it must be done."
Even if Shri Mataji spoke one word to you twenty years ago, please contribute the story – in years to come it will be magic. These recollections are like snowflakes – so beautiful, but they disappear if we do not record them while still fresh in our memories.
Could you please email stories to hhsmrecollections@yahoo.com. The editor can translate from French and Italian if necessary, otherwise could they be in English – but do not worry if your English isn’t perfect – it can be edited. The editor looks at the stories then sends them back to the writer to make sure we are all in agreement as to what goes in the printed books.

Shri Mataji with the gift of a Native American spiritual mask
The photo is of a carved wooden mask presented to Shri Mataji at the puja, on behalf of the native Indians in this area. We had commissioned a local Native American artist to carve the mask especially for presentation to Shri Mataji and he very nicely finished it for us in just a few short weeks. It is symbolic of the Mother aspect in the native traditions. During Her puja address, Shri Mataji spoke at length about the qualities of Shri Saraswati and emphasised the importance of pure music in Sahaja Yoga.
Vancouver and the lower mainland had once again been immensely blessed by the personal attention and presence of our most Divine Mother, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

A lesson of generosity and motherly attention
Another day we went to purchase handicrafts at a big store. There Shri Mataji gave us a lesson of generosity and motherly attention because She purchased a very large amount of handicrafts to give as presents and when taking any item She was saying thing like: ‘I know this person would like this...’ , ‘This will fit this person. ...’ , ‘This is the favourite colour of this person…..’ , ‘Ah, I need three more for these people’s children.’
Shri Mataji also showed how to be good in business, because She was asking for lower prices, but in a very convincing and dignified way. She touched and appreciated each piece, and then She saw some faces of sailors and old seamen. ‘Look, notice their faces: they are happy,’ Shri Mataji commented. During that visit, Shri Mataji stayed for about five days. ‘I do not spend so many days even in my house in India or Cabella, it is because of the love of all of you,’ She commented. Shri Mataji was also looking for a house to be an ashram in Bogotá, we saw some and Mother advised us which one to select, always considering people’s comfort.
