By the blessings of Param Pujya Her Holiness Shri Mataji, the celebration of Christmas Puja is scheduled to take place at Pune, India.

This is a great opportunity for all of us to offer our devotion at the Lotus Feet of Shri Mataji and we pray that each and every member of our universal Sahaja Family joins us on the auspicious occasion of Christmas Puja 2008 at Pune, India.

Note:-

*       Staying includes meals and staying for 3 days.

All our Sahaji Brothers and Sisters who will be arriving or staying day prior or later to the scheduled date can avail the facility of accommodation and meals by paying nominal charges as under-
Those arriving before Lunch i.e. up to 3 pm will pay Rs. 200/-
Those arriving after lunch i.e. after 3 pm will be pay Rs. 100/-.
This facility is available for 23^rd Dec & 27^th Dec 2008.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

1) Samarpan Amount
Please send the D.D. in favor of "MRS. NIRMALA DEVI SRIVASTAVA", payable at Pune, to the collection Centre mentioned below. Please send the D.D along with duly filled Annexure-A & list of participants. We are enclosing the Annexure –A form with the circular.

2) Event Expenses Amount
Please send the D.D. in favor of “SAHAJA YOGA MAHOTSAV”, payable at Pune along with the list of participants attending the Seminar. We are enclosing Annexure – B to be filled & signed by the City Coordinator or Committee member duly stamped & should be sent along with the D.D.

3) Site Development
Please send the D.D.in favor of “VISHWA NIRMALA DHARMA SOCIETY”, payable at Pune along with the list of participants attending the Puja. We are enclosing Annexure – C to be filled & signed by the City Coordinator or Committee member duly stamped & should be sent along with the D.D.

Last Date of Registration for Christmas Puja, 2008:

A) For Staying Participants: Registration will continue up till 10th December, 2008. There would be no Site Registration available.

B) For Non Staying Participants: Registration will continue up till 15th December, 2008. Site Registration is available by paying late fees of Rs.100/- for each participant.

Please send the total Contribution in form of three Demand Drafts at the Pune collection Centre towards:

3. Site Development

You will appreciate the fact that organizing Puja on such a massive scale requires a lot of preparations well in advance, hence, your contribution, if received well in advance will help the organizers in speedy and proper preparations.

Accommodation at Tents:
Participants are requested to get their own bed sheets and pillows at Pune.

Transportation Facility:
We are also providing the transportation facility for the participants arriving at Pune Station. The transport committee will facilitate the participants to reach the Program Venue from Pune Railway Station by paying very nominal charges. Sahaji Brothers/ Sisters who are interested in availing this facility should inform the Transportation Committee prior to their arrival through e-mails or Fax.
All persons who are interested in availing the transportation facility after the Puja, from the Seminar Site to the respective airport / railway station, should contact the Transportation Office at the Site. The service shall be provided on first come first serve basis. All are requested to pay the charges accordingly as per the Rate Chart at the Transportation Counter.
