This is to inform to all the Indian Sahajayogy brothers and
sisters, planning to attend the Birthday Puja at NOIDA on 20th and 21st March
2009 that the registration date for Indian Staying and NON Staying
Sahajayogies has been extended till Puja day without any late fee. However the
staying facility would be subject to availability of accommodation at Puja
venue.
We have pleasure to inform you that this years Birthday Puja will be followed
by a wedding ceremony in Shri Mataji’s family at the puja venue.

* Staying includes meals and
accommodation for 2 days. (Morning of 20th March up to morning of 22nd March).
** Nonstaying excludes meals and

All our Sahaji brothers and sisters who arrive prior to the seminar dates and /
or want to stay on 22nd March can avail the facility of accommodation and meals
by paying extra per person per day. The charges will be as under:
Those arriving before lunch i.e. up to 3 p.m. will pay Rs. 200/- per extra day.
Those arriving after lunch i.e. after 3 p.m. will pay Rs. 100/- per extra day.
Those staying on 22nd March beyond breakfast will pay Rs. 200/- extra.
The facility is available for 19th March and 22nd March only.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
1) Samarpan Amount
Please send the D.D. in favor of "MRS. NIRMALA DEVI SRIVASTAVA", payable at New
Delhi at the collection Centre mentioned below. Please send the D.D along with Annexure-A
form.

2) Event Expenses Amount
Please send the D.D. in favor of "SAHAJA YOGA MAHOTSAV", payable at New
Delhi along with list of participants attending the seminar. We are enclosing
Annexure-B to be filled & signed by the City Coordinator or committee member
duly stamped which should be sent along with the D.D.

collectivity requires lot of preparations. We would appreciate if your
contributions reach us well before deadlines.

Tents:
Mattresses will be provided, however the participants are requested to bring
their own blankets, bed sheets & pillows.
Reception:
Transportation facility will be provided for the participants arriving at

Delhi, Old Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida Railway Stations & Bus
Stands.

International & Domestic Airports at New Delhi
Nominal charges have to be paid by the participant for the
above mentioned transport facility from these points to the venue. To avail the
transportation service, reception in charge should be informed well in advance.
