The geographical and spiritual beauty of Dhulia:
It was 27 years ago that Shri Mataji remarked about this place. Shri Mataji said:-“Dhulia means the dust. Dust. And one day I had written in childhood, a poem, I remember. Very interesting poem it was - I don't know where it is now - but which said that:
'I want to be smaller like a dust particle which moves with the wind. It goes everywhere. Can go, sit on the head of a king, or can go and fall at the feet of someone. And it can go and sit on a little flower, and it can go and sit everywhere. But I want to be a particle of dust. That is fragrant, that is nourishing, that is enlightening.'
Like that, I had written a very beautiful poem, I was about seven years of age, I remember - 'To be a dust particle', I remember that very clearly, long time back, 'That I should be a dust particle. So that I will permeate into people.' Which is a very big thing - to become a dust particle of that kind. To just whatever you touch, you see, that becomes enliving, whatever you just feel, that is fragrance. It is such a great thing to be like that. And that was my desire, and it will be achieved. At that young age, I had this idea of becoming a dust particle and today just while talking to you, I remembered that I wanted to be that, and that is what this place is” (Extract from speech of Shri Mataji on Saraswati Puja at Dhule,14.01.1983)
The city of Dhule or Dhulia (both are spelt as learnt) is situated at a distance of about 340 kilometers from Mumbai. Pune lies at a distance of approximately 350 kilometers. The district shares its borders with Nandurbar district lying in the north-east, Nashik in the south and Jalgaon district lies to the east of Dhule District. The toewn is well connected by rail and roadways.
Dhule shares the credit of giving the world the one of the oldest Sahaja Yogini (Ms. Raol Bai) who belonged to this famous place. Yogis reminisce that Shri Mataji vibrated this land several times in past with Her Holy Feet. It must be around 14 times that Shri Mataji vibrated the land between 1970 to 1984 recalls a yogi in Dhule. Shri Mataji in one of the unique Saraswati Puja hosted in Dhulia in 1983 remarked that:
“There are lots of Sahaja Yogis from Dhulia now. And I am sure there are going to be more people. I hope you have met all of them. Make friends with all of them. Try to know them who they are. They may not know English. You get somebody to translate. Talk to them and be nice to them. Be friendly with them. I wanted you to meet them for permeation. You should know who are the people here, who are in Nasik. Because somehow we never meet the Sahaja Yogis, you see, who are in that particular place. And when we go back we have only one or two addresses. It is not a good idea. Try to see how many people there are. Ask questions about them. And all that” (Extract from speech of Shri Mataji on Saraswati Puja at Dhule, 14.01.1983).
In that same Puja Shri Mataji while praising the land and the people also remarked that:
“With love all kinds of creative action takes place. You see how Raulbai has love for Me and in this place you all also got new idea of creating a beautiful thing. And as love will increase your creativity will develop. So the basis of all creativity of Saraswati is love. If there is no love there is no creativity. It is even in the deeper sense, you see; people who have created all the scientific things are also out of love to the masses, not for themselves. Nobody has produced anything for themselves. If they make something for themselves it has to become for universal use, otherwise it has no meaning” (Extract from speech of Shri Mataji on Saraswati Puja at Dhule, 14.01.1983).
The seminar and the venue:
The Dhulia seminar was a long cherished dream for the entire Dhule collective who had yearned for years to host a seminar in a massive scale with neighbourhood centres and its own strength of collective. The seminar strength comprised around 300-350 Yogis till the end of the day. The seminar was hosted in the newly acquired land almost 5-8 Kilometers from the main city for Sahaja Yoga encompassing around an acre and odd. In its own beauty of a rural set up and arid vegetation climate the rugged terrain was seen well flattened with a sweet water well and a hangar constructed with a lot of plant saplings and small herbs around. The place was no less than an ideal milieu for a sages’ hermit ashram.
A separate pandal was pitched for the Dinning arrangement. The arrangement was organised in a manner that could only be appreciated with love. Bright faces of the collective could be visible soaked with love for each other and the urge to learn more and more about Shri Mataji, Her vision and the subtle knowledge of Sahaja through vibratory awareness. A few Yogis from Mumbai and Pune were invited to share their vibratory experience and extend Sahaja knowledge and love to the collective for this seminar. Sahaja doctors were especially invited from the International Sahaja Yoga Research and Health Centre, CBD; Navi Mumbai to extend their subtle knowledge based on basics of Sahaja Yoga practices with practical demonstration of various techniques adopted for self cleansing.
Seminar was very engrossing as it commenced from half past ten in the morning and continued through six in the evening until the night fall. The session took off with a very vibration full prayer and meditation and later followed by sharing the basics of Sahaja Yoga. Touching upon the importance of Yuva Shakti and various ongoing projects through SITA (Sahaja Internet Team Administration) team for propagation of Sahaja Yoga in India was apprised.
Prior to the lunch break another session was covered with more focus on sharing of love and basics of Sahaja Yoga and its essence was touched upon.
Later in the second half two more sessions were covered where the entire subtle system along with their various subtle functions and remedy was discussed at length. Later a separate question-answer session was organized where more than hundreds of questions were answered. At the end of the session various techniques were demonstrated by the Sahaja doctors from Vashi hospital. Several queries from individual inquisitive yogis were personally attended to by the doctors even after the seminar concluded and the subtle essence of chakras and their remedies and its effected were appraised in detail.
The seminar was concluded with Arti and prayer to Shri Mataji. Later vote of thanks to all organizers was announced by the Dhule coordinator.

O! Our most Holy Mother Shri Mataji, we the Sahaja Yogi collective of Dhulia surrender our heart full of love at Your holy Lotus Feet. It is verily You, Who blessed this grand seminar and made us aware of Your mission and blessed us with the real vision for becoming an effective Sahaja Yogis. We thank You again and again for this wonderful seminar. Kindly accept our collective Pranam and surrender at Your Holy Feet. Mother, Kindly establish our Yoga with more firm foundation and make us Your effective instruments. May Thy be done! Amen
